I wanted a clearer view of our financial future in Spain.
I found plenty of online calculators, but nothing that connected our whole financial life or showed how today’s choices could shape our future. So I started building Neto.es in early 2025.
My professional background spans 28 years of software development in corporate and multinational environments. During that time, I have worked with web applications, databases, data engineering and visualisation, predictive modelling, and machine learning, as well as being a frequent end user of financial analysis and analytics applications.
I believe the best solutions often start with a problem you know firsthand. While looking for an answer for our own family, I realised that this lack of clarity was not ours alone: many people and families face the same complexity. I hope a solution that started for us can help many more people understand and take control of their financial future.
